TigerConnect has a robust onboarding process and appears to be well-positioned with our customers using the TC products. I'm pleased with my decision to join the team so far and look forward to staying with the company for a long time.

Fellow employees are for the most part nice, encouraging, and driven. Unlimited PTO and good people programs and management.

You push a lot of paper; lot of corporatized acronym speak and documentation that is likely aimed at high valuation -- not specifically a TigerConnect problem, but annoying nonetheless. Heavy on AI use -- again, take it or leave it.
