Very talented colleagues from customer solution, presales & engineering. Market leader in Graph database Over exceeding customer expectations in POCs. Amazing list of fortune 100 companies using this product as of today. (very rare for a startup this size)
Cons
Management is disaster. Couldn't secure funding even with this amount of success. Firing people and regions which are profitable randomly. Doing huge disservice to the customers and employees. Handling layoffs very unprofessionally. No assurance given to the people who are staying in the company. No severance for most regions.
