      Pros

      Industry is ON FIRE, K8s is the future, no company in the industry is positioned better than Tigera right now. If you are lucky enough to be offered a job here, take it. Very transparent culture that promotes career growth and actually cares about every employee. Very fast moving start up pace, every week is exciting. Ratan is the best CEO I have ever worked for.

      Not the typical tech bro culture, not the place that has those crazy tech parties if that's what you're into.

      Pros

      Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
