Pros

They give a lot of items like jackets and tumblers. Co-workers are great. Salary is also ok. They provided a PC with good specs. There is also big room for career advancement.

Cons

No work-life balance- as in total zero. There is a lot of workload. They are used to rushing and forcing to launch projects after projects which even adds to the workload. They do not care even if you have to work on weekdays. Benefits are not competitive. It will not matter how many times you raise the issue about workload to management because they will not listen to it. You need to do basically what you are told to do regardless if you have to work outside your work hours. Even when you are already on leave, you will have no choice but to work because of the enormous workload. I even went to a point where I filed a leave just so I can finish other tasks without having to attend countless meetings. That's how bad it is.

Pros

There are some truly fantastic and talented people in the company who make daily collaboration a great experience. Additionally, the insurance and overall health benefits package is quite strong and comprehensive.

Cons

The work culture is heavily driven by top-down directives from HQ, leaving little room for open discussion, transparency, or questioning management decisions. The bi-yearly rating cycle feels highly punitive and is frequently used to target individuals rather than foster growth, leading to an environment where anyone can be abruptly let go. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent due to tedious, high-volume workloads and constant alignment with overseas timelines. Furthermore, leadership instability is a constant concern; local management changes rapidly, frequently replaced by leaders from the parent company, creating an unpredictable and highly volatile work environment.
