Pros

Good people to work with that are at your level.

Cons

This place is extremely problematic and disorganized. It’s like children that got some money, and pretended to play business. Leadership does not exist. The COO basically steals money and sits there all day and ignores the team. The CEO NEVER shows up, or is in office. So basically a giant office with nobody there. Then the other forms of leadership have no business being leaders. No career experience, just titles for a dying company that never got past a series A. They laid off 30% of their employees and still decided to have a “all hands party” and fly everyone in to an empty office. Bad optics there. My guess is with a dishonest COO (guy lies on his linked) and absent minded CEO (his LinkedIn is managed by another person) Sorry guy, you aren’t the CEO of Google… you aren’t that important you can’t be there for your teams. 6-8 months this will be another failed startup.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value all of our employees and take stock in what they share with us; that’s why we are disappointed to hear about your not-so-great experience. Unfortunately, the recent downturn in the economy has been a challenge for all businesses, especially startups, and we made the tough decision to reduce our workforce by 9% on 11/3/2022. We were sad to say goodbye to some of our valuable team members. As we look towards the future, we remain dedicated to cultivating a positive and inclusive company culture and always welcome employee feedback. We wish you luck on your career journey.

Pros

Top notch benefits, with excellent Leadership and overall team. The product is great, and enjoyed being treated like a person, not a number.

Cons

I was laid off; however that's to be expected with startup organizations.

Pros

HR team that really genuinely cares about you as a person, the new finance team is monitoring and holding the leadership more accountable, the CEO finally seems to have a grasp on the direction that the company needs to go in.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes that have negatively impacted current and former employees. Start-up life can be unpredictable, and there are decisions that have been made that could have been managed better.
