amazing working environment where every employee is given the opportunity to give input on and provide their own additions to the games being produced and researched

can be hard to coordinate with all student workers' varying schedules, but there's no one at fault

titlfactor has a great staff and is lead by an awesome professor from Dartmouth. She and her team create a welcoming environment for employees.

I was looking for an opportunity to develop more mainstream type games, and tiltfactor isn't really aimed at making them.
