Dr.Armstrong is the current psychiatrist on campus and actually cares about these kids and their well being, along with their families.
Cons
Kids are constantly bullied by other kids and staff. Physical harm is constantly ongoing between kids, to the point of traumatizing them mentally. They punch them in the head and face, choke them, threaten bodily harm on a daily basis. Staff bullies the kids just as bad.
