Pros
The work/life balance is great. The customers are super awesome. There is a family atmosphere and they are most supportive of recognizing the need for time off for family.
Cons
The compensation is not graded so people who are hired outside of the company make more than employees who have a long term relationship with the company. If you are not in the popular crowd you are not recognized and they have employees that need to either be reprimanded or let go but it seems that if you don't do a great job you are kept.
