Thank you for your review. It is disappointing to read. While we do invest heavily in employee wellbeing and safety at the company we should always be looking at ways to improve.
Our focus on these areas was clearly displayed in the results of our latest employee engagement survey where the employee wellbeing score was by far the highest category. Health and safety also received the most positive comments from staff which reflects just how many people feel we take this matter seriously. Moreover, we have also deployed significant and ever increasing levels financial resource to ensure the safety of our staff at work.
