Pros
The Time Timer changes the lives of people with special needs and helps all types of people be more productive. Rarely do you get to sell a product so beneficial and genuinely designed with customers in mind.
Cons
Need more focus on distributors with social media and email marketing as a backup. Their web designers gave them unrealistic expectations of a proprietary online store, and not enough funding was devoted to advertising the store. Distributors are a much more profitable channel - and upper management knows that now.
