Great company - Photographer Timeless Tree Weddings Employee Review

They paid right away to reserve the date...a measily 200 USD when they charge between 5,000-10,000 USD for services.

The whole company is a lie. No one, beside the home office, is in a team environment. We are plucked from Facebook groups, required to send samples of our work and once you get on the phone they strongly recommend you don't mention that you're new to the company, because it causes issues with them on their backend when clients find out. You are required to reserve dates for them 6+ months in advance, yet choose to not pay you for travel expenses, or your inability to book your own clients after they remove you from your contracts. I had to notify all of my couples on my own that I would no longer be working with them, and the one couple was 8 days out from their wedding and had no clue. Totally professional, right?

- Good pay - they only hired experienced shooters which made shooting easier (i hated other studios who hire bad shooters and the team just sucked) - flexible with scheduling and dates - very organized with every wedding and was always clear and thorough

- training they put you through was too much to incorporate their style, not everybody needs such extensive training to emulate the same style, especially when you have over 10 years of shooting experience - they had a bad system of paying month-end only, some of us have bills weekly and they weren't willing to work around this
