      Pros

      Development team is full of great people that are a pleasure to work with. Flexible with hours. Development stack is neat to work with, and the company has some interesting business products.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, expect tempers to flare regularly. Zero work/life balance, you are expected to be "on call" for no additional compensation. Pay is abysmal for this field, especially when compared to the absurd cost of living that Charlottetown has.
