We acknowledge the challenges you've highlighted and wanted to share some positive developments we've implemented. Staff feedback earlier this year prompted us to reevaluate our processes and make meaningful changes. Our onboarding process has been revamped, including a tailored and detailed training program for new Support team members to ensure everyone has the tools, resources and knowledge required to be successful in their new roles and beyond. We've also increased our team size to provide improved continuity, and have our leaders focused on investing and driving optimisation programs and initiatives to enhance not only our customer experience, but also the work environment for our team. We're thrilled to offer Professional Development benefits for our team and have recently celebrated internal staff promotions and movements as a result.
