      Small team with a nice office space, quiet workspace with somewhat decent benefits. Wants to develop a company culture.

      Cons

      The company has no direction of where they want to take their business. Doesn't utilize employers for their worth. Complete lack of communication amongst team members. Underpays team members.

      Pros

      Great place to work, very flexible, open to new ideas. Great start in the point of sale market. Very efficient.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. The company is small, should expand more in the near future. Needs more developers.
