      Pros

      It is a great environment. Really great caring people who work hard on a really nice culture. Doing some exciting things trying to expand our fiber Internet network into new areas of the country.

      Cons

      For someone coming from telecom you may find the pace to be too slow. Not a lot of hard deadlines.

      Pros

      They try to do right by their staff, mostly. The pay is above average for the industry.

      Cons

      Very secretive, and many policies are backwards from logic. They ignore their best employees and promote those who make constant mistakes.
