      You work with really nice people.

      Cons

      Old fashioned, family company. Hard to make progress forward. Everybody is scared to say what they really think. Bad salary, a lot of people desperate and just stay because the nice colleagues.

      incentive program where the employees gets a cut from the part of the profit

      Cons

      all personel are scared of raising any voices from fear of getting sacked or transferred to a lesser attractive position. CEO capricious and authoritarian.
