Pros

You will be interacting with the children of various schools. You would love the job for initial days of the work.

Cons

The employer fires the employees just before completion of the one year as the company has to pay the retainer bonus which is deducted from the employee salary every month. The experience doesn't count anywhere in the external world as you would be doing the teaching job to the school students. Need to travel to the schools which ever is located at the long distance from each other. sometimes up to 150kms per day. Management is just only money minded. They least care at the career of the freshers. They hire the candidates before the final examination. They start to give the training to the selected employee before the commencement of the exams for the final year students, thereby giving them no room to study for their examination and literally makes the students to scoreless in the examination, so that they cannot get any opportunity for any other jobs on the campus of the college or anywhere else. Thereby they will also pay the less salary and indirectly force the candidates to stay and work for less salary in the company. The work is really frustrating, especially for facilitator role. they ask you to travel to long distance school and handle up to 5 classes together per day, in spite of all these you need to manage the classes with their low and cheap quality materials which is really sad when you experience it. Even though you have been offered 15 days of complimentary leave, they will not sanction the holidays. Even when you meet with and accident in your job you will be least care. To be brief they are spoiling the career of all the candidate in the company. they don't provide insurance, the employer deducts the PF amount from the salary but it will never be credited to your PF account. by the time you ask them about these they will plan a termination of the employee without even warning. The reason which they give for this is" not able to pay so much salary to the role". NO increment only decrement. No good workspace. no chairs to sit even.

Pros

The R&D head Vinod sir was very knowledgeable.

Cons

The overall work wasn't done in a systematic manner , causing a lot of confusion and idle time .
