      Pros

      - Great product with an impact (or at least used to be) - Beautifully designed offices - Fun lunch breaks (outside the office) - Great snacks

      Cons

      - Unequal treatment to team members (CEO has very clear favorites) - Lack of respect for personal time - Few to no benefits - Amateur HR (that sees the management before employees) - Goals and KPIs change on a weekly basis (which is not right for a 7-year old startup)

      You get to work on cool projects that actually make a difference. The work hours are super flexible, so it’s easy to keep a good work-life balance. There are fun team activities and celebrations that make everyone feel like part of a community.
