Great company - Web Developer Tippmann Construction Employee Review

Very conservative culture, good pay, very fair and honest people.

Lots of travel required but other than that great place to work

I can't really think of any pros

The management likes to micro manage everyone. The safety there is really good but so good they make it hard to even do your job then get mad when you can't do it. The place was a great place to work till Covid hit, it all went down hill after that.
