Pros
Mon-Thu onsite lunchtime group workouts, sunny outdoor work space, onsite weekly massages (self-paid but hey), WFH Fridays. Supportive managers looking out for the team. Transparency at all-hands meetings with opportunity for anyone to ask questions and/or voice opinions, or just get to know the broader business, better. Badass community of women - most days, it feels like going to work with a group of really great friends on a joint mission.
Cons
It's been a rough couple of years for the Retail industry, Title Nine included. This has meant leaner teams and resources, with management needing to prioritize accordingly. Title Nine also does not compete with billion dollar Bay Area tech companies in the comp department.
