Pros
-Title Nine's brand values are clearly reflected in how they treat their employees and everyone believes in the company's mission
-I've worked for several companies and this is truly the best culture by a landslide: everyone genuinely likes one another and it's fun to come to work, there's a collaborative/team environment, a culture of experimentation, fun activities throughout the year, lunchtime workouts, indoor gym & showers, two pickleball courts at the office, WFH Fridays
-Lots of opportunities for growth & visibility
-Teams aren't siloed: plenty of cross-functional knowledge-sharing & collaboration
-Title Nine prioritizes internal promotions over outside hires and there isn't a high turnover rate - people stay here for a long time
Cons
-We're very scrappy, so you end up wearing a lot of hats and it's not uncommon to take on new responsibilities that weren't initially part of your job scope
-Title Nine is privately owned & has no outside funding so they can't always compete with salaries at other huge companies
-Bonuses are based on company performance rather than individual performance & are all or nothing: everyone gets a bonus or no one gets a bonus
