      Pros

      Everyone in the company has an immense amount of respect for each other. As a small company the ability to make an impact and have positive growth on the product is maximized. One of the first places where I've been told to prioritize addressing technical enhancements (An engineering dream)! A product that finally makes buying tickets to shows not headache inducing. Fantastic vacation policy Catered lunch once a week

      None. I reflect back on my time at TixTrack as a highly beneficial to my development in being a better engineer and a better colleague.

      Pros

      - Being part of a team that is poised to re-invent the way ticketing is done. - Co-workers are of high caliber, easy to get along with and always available to help out. - Excellent team dynamics and freedom to choose the best solution for the task assigned(absolutely no micro management). - Management is very flexible, open to suggestions and always keep you updated on latest developments. - Good pay and benefits. - Regular team outings.
