      People working on the lines are golden. They come to work and suffer the lack of leadership.

      Cons

      Every day is chaotic....no strategic leadership at any level. Constantly dismissing competent staff and pandering to the "good old boys." No one there seems to have a clue.

      The company is experiencing rapid growth. There is no shortage of work to be done. If you are able to thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities may change from one minute to the next, you will find job security and that your days go by quickly.

      Easy work. Some good coworkers. Easy to request time.

      Cons

      Non consistent. Horrible management. Toxic workplace. If you’re not one of the favorites, enjoy cleaning because you will never get picked. HR is never there. Narcissistic people.
