Pros

- Variety of projects, clients, etc. always keeps you on your toes - Great mix of creative (conceptual, design, copy) projects and technical / development projects - You really have the ability to forge your own career path because the SF office is so nimble - Company offsite trips (Ibiza!!!) and monthly outings with the SF crew are great for bonding and making fun memories (karaoke, woodworking class, fitness classes...) - Amazing team dynamic; small but super talented group of people - Everyone is a team player; contributes far beyond their title / role - Office has great snacks, La Croix, and its dog friendly!

Cons

- Since the team in SF is small, workload can be fairly high volume, at times. Nothing compared to other agencies in the city. These instances are few & far between and they staff up with freelancers or seek help from global resources to help ease the burden.

Pros

**Applies to the SF office** Free kitchen food The work is easy You will never stay late Office is in SOMA

Cons

Lack of leadership Inexperienced SF management The work is lacking creatively No office structure London HR is controlling One London director is impossible to work/communicate with The SF office is in a transitional phase so there are still a lot of kinks to work out but the main issue here is the lack of true leadership coming from the London office. The SF office is being led by inexperienced management that think they know how to run an agency. As good as the intentions are, there is a lot more damage being done than being fixed. London would see the issue if they had more of a presence in this office. It sends a message to the employees currently working here that they don't really care what happens within their own company when the people left in charge are able take advantage of their position.
