      Pros

      If you can endure this company until older age, then you don't need to work too much and got competitive salary

      Cons

      illegal overtime working causing mental / physical sickness. I got mental illness due to 250hours/month overtime working, (over 400 hours / month gross work time)

      Pros

      I have joined them after graduating from college. There were lot of project relating to the commercial and residential design. They teach their employees from scratch.

      Cons

      Lot of overtime. Very busy especially during the high season.

      Great coworkers and boss, and pretty good benefits (which generously support house rents)

      Cons

      not challenging enough, the job requirements are too wide that you may end up not knowing what you are doing
