Hard to keep staff with behavior and clique type locations - Shift Supervisor Today's Car Wash Employee Review

I personally love my Job. The Managers are great and since I have been with the company, we have received 2 raises and bonuses. The Job is outside which I enjoy, and the people are fun to work with. The customers are great, sometimes you get a tip or small treats.

The weather can be tough on some days, and you are on your feet. The Job is a lot harder than it seems. The Managers are strict if you don't follow the rules.

This has been my most favorite Job so far. I love the environment the people the Managers. But most of all I like to move and stay active, this Job gives me a workout. The Managers are cool and they really try to make sure everything is good. And you are pushed to your maximum potential.

It is a very strict and structured environment if you are late once you will get a write up, if you even make it past your probationary period. The weather can also be tough its either too hot or too cold and we have to be outside all the time.
