Pros

There are a lot of hard-working people who genuinely care about their role and improving Together Dental. But they are not given the respect, support or kindness by the Senior Leadership Team. Everyone is replaceable.

Cons

- Limited benefits package, company sick pay is not even offered - Employees are overworked and under-appreciated - Head Office is a very stressful and negative environment - The HR team have a seriously high turnover rate, as they could not sit back and watch the level of disrespect employees were shown. There were 3 Heads of HR in 2 years. - No work/life balance - No mental health support or guidance for those who need it - High turnover rate amongst all staff - Do not work for this company if you value your self worth

Pros

I really enjoy working for Together Dental. The environment is busy and fast paced, but I always feel fully supported by my team. There is a genuine focus on development and the exec team are great to work with and always welcome new ideas.

Cons

The company is actively trying to improve the business, which means there are frequent changes to processes. It can take some time to adapt to these updates.

Pros

Some of the team were genuinely lovely and supportive, especially the dentist I worked closely with—always friendly and respectful, which made day-to-day work more manageable.

Cons

The pay was minimum wage, and there’s a clause that forces you to repay a training fee if you leave before a set time, which feels like they’re trying to trap you in the role. You’re often expected to work through your breaks in exchange for “lieu time,” but it’s rare you get to use it due to constant understaffing. On top of that, the workplace culture can be toxic, with gossip being a big issue—it has a real impact on people’s mental health.
