- Toho tech started as a one man tiny business, a branch of a larger Japanese technology import/ export company and has grown to over 30 members and has huge profit increases in the last few years - CEO has years of experience in international business, sales and leadership, a lot to learn about negotiation, client relations, sales pitches and presentation skills -Great time to join, huge growth coming in the next couple of years - Competitive salary and benefits - Nice office, great team, travel opportunities, if you're into that

Cons

-Not a whole lot -Chicago winters... - Some of the less senior/non executive members are unprofessional and have the tendency of spreading a negative and discouraging vibe, but the management team does a good job of keeping a positive outlook and encouraging the team.
