      Pros

      Tolin is the best company I have ever worked for, very professional. The employees seem to stay there a long time. The pay is good and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      I can't really think of anything wrong with Tolin Mechanical Systems. They address problems promptly and take care of whatever the problem is.
