Domain in which the company in, is very good, multiple fold scope in coming years as developing countries like India adopting the digitalization, so, this company will also grow along.
Cons
Most of the employees stayed longtime without upgrade their skill set up to the industry standards, portraying themselves loyal to the Boss, and, management always treat the employees based on your tenure in the company rather than your ability. And, those who has with company for longer tenure, sitting on top of you and controls you in every aspect, this is more unfortunate thing. Hence, you can't apply your thought process to improve products that can compete in the markets . This all leads to, quit employees who joined in last 2 years leaving the company. A skill gap in between, person has highly skill and who has low skill is very high, may be 30 times! this is not at all a good sign to any company. There are many managers to follow up few working guys for the status, hardly any one offers the solution to who are toiling at the ground level to meet the deadlines. Lack of co-ordination across the teams or within the team and sizing the effort, this always leads to uneven distribution of work among the team, thus few of the employees had to stretches' their work to out of hours/days. One can quickly feel the less professional atmosphere across the company. Overall, it is a bit awful to work there, if you are sincere, honest and talent.
