Cons
Senior management has no vision, product execution is very poor. There is no accountability for failure to deliver products on time, under the budget, or of the required quality. It is a waste of time to put in extra work effort since it is usually not recognized. The only way to get a decent raise is if you are working on a critical project and threaten to leave.
