      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, privately owned, small company so it feels like you are part of a family. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Parts issues and other issues slow down production (many different products and some are custom orders), but leads and supervisor can push numbers and not take the issues into account. The pay could be much better.

      Family own and decent benefits. Christmas party end of year.

      Cons

      Pay can be better. Beware how you talk to the uppers. They’re all friends, every department all across. Your best friend is your paycheck.
