Pros
Nice people, family like fun environment. Promises of onboard benefits look good. Cool equipment, lots of custom things, advanced ball screw grinding equipment. Potential to have a wide range of skills honed when working here.
Cons
In my opinion, be sure to ask questions at your interview and note the responses down. Then ask to be shown what they have planned for you to do. Make sure you can stick to a schedule you agree to and don’t be late. Find out the cons your self, you might think there are none.
