      Great fast pace enviroment that while overwhelming at times gives a thrill. One you get to know the team your are treated as a part of the family.

      Cons

      Sometimes the infamous "but we have always done it this way" attitude. This is changing for the better but can still limit innovation as the company grows.

      Family own and decent benefits. Christmas party end of year.

      Cons

      Pay can be better. Beware how you talk to the uppers. They’re all friends, every department all across. Your best friend is your paycheck.
