Management expect everything and give nothing in return. Talk about future planning but screw you over. Blatantly lie to your face. Management prefer men. Took side of some one abusing another employee with evidence they were doing it. Never give people chances to redeem themselves for small mistakes. Promise a pay raise and then withdraw it when you achieve what they requested
