I learned a lot from being given the opportunity to sit in meetings and have real experience

Was not able to experience the real showroom experience because of covid

My manager and the rest of the teams were lovely, great space

Very unorganised structure of the company, lots of layoffs over the course of a few months, with senior management not explaining to the rest of the organization what is going on except for an email saying they're 'restructuring'. Although I had a great manager, I didn't feel valued in my position within the company, and I was not able to advance in my experience/ role.
