Pros
Learning curve is high, they invest in training. Interesting forward-looking customers. Great offices at Living Tomorrow (House, Shop, Office, .... of the Future). Great teams, delivering the future in consulting.
Cons
I couldn't think of many. Building the future takes a lot of energy from brain & body but work-life balance is ok. Home-working is generally allowed. In short, a good place to work.
