Pros
Worked there for 7 years. There were lot's of Pros when I started with the company, then became private, changed names, changed directors, changed name, then back to the old name etc etc.
Cons
I am talking only in reference to the head office in Dorval. It has become a place of everyone being scared for their job and lot's of people being "let go" - "Job Abolished" and very other legal varieties. The turnover is incredible and has increased over the past two years. Not competitive in salary if you are a female.
