Cons
I have to admit that this work is a high demand of working hours, and under a lot of pressure everyday, especially in order to close on time, every body are working under pressure.
It's never an easy job that you just walk in the office and sit there for 8 hours for nothing.
Don't compare your salary for others, since you don't know how hard other people have been worked.
If you want to make more money, just work for it! Don't sit there doing thing and expect your base salary will raise!
