Pros
Nice colleagues and supportive direct managers who go the extra mile to support the team are the only silver lining.
Cons
Low pay, poor benefits package, no Boxing Day, no growth opportunities. Very understaffed as people keep leaving because no one is happy. The product is outdated, lacking functionality, and consistently broken while features are released with little to no consideration for the customer base or staff who have to sell this product and support it. The cherry on top is customers are not notified when our system's down or when features are to be sunset, and so a good portion of calls are from angry customers. We used to have solutions for our customers, and now all we have are apologies, it is redundant and draining. Many have voiced concerns but are only told, "progress not perfection" as if that's something to be proud of. Upper management does not care about us, and if they did, we would not be as desperate as we are to get out.
