Terrible experience! Worst communication and no care for employees! - Finance TopTier Employee Review

Avoid this place! Was on a contract with them. Told one of my coworkers I was looking for a 2nd job (which would not have affected my availability at TopTier) to supplement my income and they fired me for that! They didn’t even talk to me. They just told my job recruiter to break the news to me when they should have told me directly. Terrible management!
