-Poor working conditions. Boat office location is below legal heat standards, rats and roaches run throughout the office. The midtown location is disgustingly dirty- never cleaned or dusted
-Massive turnover!!! I witnessed over 20 people be fired within a year!

No employee appreciation, no organization, no communication, no positive reinforcement. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY TOXIC OWNER AND WORK ENVIRONMENT.
