Pros
Topbox is moving fast! Multiple new employees are joining the team weekly and the client portfolio continues to expand. In the middle of it all is an outstanding onboarding experience. The leadership team, as well as others within the organization took the time and care to make sure I was brought on board to be productive as soon as possible. They are all welcoming of new ideas and feedback in a way to continually improve. Every employee is valued in the role that they perform to help Topbox be successful.
Cons
I am a remote employee so it's important to facilitate much of the 1:1 with team members and supervisors. Don't wait for someone to reach out to you....be proactive. The company is young and still developing efficiencies and processes.
