Ok - Anonymous employee Torani Employee Review

Salary doesn’t match the workload. Personally, I was doing the job of at least 2-3 people and they were not transparent about responsibilities prior to me coming on board. They did not reimburse for cell phones yet I was constantly called for issues, even out of my working hours. Their recruitment team low balled me, even though I shared salary expectations during the interview process. Not a lot of room for upward mobility within the company. They ask for feedback, yet it is not implemented. They throw large parties and celebrations, while most people would prefer a raise of bonus.
