Startup lifestyle can be constantly changing and pivoting versus a more established company, so the ability to navigate through this and embrace change is a must.

The work environment was generally flexible.

During my time with Torchlite it felt like there was a general lack of understanding of what the company wants to be today and in the future. Leadership was not aligned on direction and unable to define complementary success measures across teams which often led to confusion and conflict across the organization. There were moments of promise, but very little follow through and the high turnover of employees made it hard to get any kind of traction.
