Pros
This is a growing company and is generally good to the employees. There are year end bonuses and very likely pay raises. Many people love their jobs there.
Cons
A position was created with exact job duties unknown. I was hired for customer service, orders and shipping for a line of floor materials, as well as helping with other duties in the office. The sales of the floor materials did not escalate as planned and I didn't have enough work to keep me busy full time and I was let go.
