Pros

NONE to speak of at this time.

Cons

A hiring process that takes 4 weeks which involves 10 phone screens (no one shares their notes with the next interviewer so you end uo answer the same boring questions). Once you make it past those hoops then you move on to the on site interview which includes another three people who have no idea about Human Resources and not to say traveling 400 miles round trip was a walk in the park. Then if you make it past that then you get take a 5.5 hour psych test which is not revealed until you are on the door step of being the best candidate. Mind you I bring 30 yrs to the table and is the best fit for what they needed and yet the base their hiring decisions on wheather or not you pass their pysch test. Good thing I have a family of attorneys who will be looking into their hiring practices.

Pros

Great people, easy to work with and never had any issues with you making a mistake as long as you learned from it and could show that.

Cons

The building that I worked in was pretty old and finicky compared to the new building. It would be nice to have had a double screen as well.
