      Pros

      Friendly Staff, Good Store level management. Fantastic staff discount throughout the Warehouse group. Good workplace benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of the regional managers have not worked in store. Upper management dishing out tasks that we have no way of completing. An unfinished IT system that we struggle with on a daily basis. A high staff turnover rate. Very little practical training provided.

      Staff discount and rep bonus and incentive products

      Cons

      Poor head office management. Store bonuses ended Poor hiring options due to offering minimum wage.
