The salary is enough but not above average. Its not on the average compared to the Real Estate / Property Management Companies that I've worked to when I'm still a Building Engineer. Manager on site has a whole saturday work. A norm today is weekdays only or saturday halfday. Though we can still find the work-life-balance

Good Team to work with

Some Managers / Department Heads need to be more motivating than critical specially the tenured ones.
