Learning fast; getting responsibilities fast; good salary for beginners; you can be promoted; good opportunities.
Cons
You give them your life; if you work 8 hours is worse than if you work 12, it doesn't matter your efficiency in this aspect; they talk always about communication but they are always the first one who have their own rules and you have to follow them; You work a lot and after some years working there, is not good salary at all; a lot of pressure; they try to know how is your maximum capacity but they don't care how to get it.
